Reflection

During the first quarter, I gained new learning that helped me improve both in academics and personal growth. I learned more about managing my time, listening carefully in class, and understanding the lessons better. I also discovered that I am capable of improving if I stay focused and consistent. Some problems I encountered were difficulty in keeping up with some lessons and feeling pressured with the requirements. There were times I struggled to balance schoolwork with personal responsibilities. To address these challenges, I asked questions when I did not understand, reviewed my notes, and managed my schedule better. I also learned to stay patient with myself whenever I found a topic hard to understand. Moving on, I will continue to study harder, stay disciplined, and use the lessons I learned from my challenges. I will aim to improve my performance and keep a positive mindset for the next quarter.

Letter To The President

Dear PBBM, I hope you receive this letter in good health and high spirits. I am writing to convey my sentiments and concerns as a Filipino citizen. Today, our countrymen are subjected to serious challenges such as the inflationary rise in basic commodities, the absence of stable employment opportunities, and the inability to access quality education and healthcare services. These issues still impact the everyday life of countless citizens nationwide. I am convinced that more vigorous and decisive action here will significantly enhance the health of our people. I also hope that our government will intensify the campaign against corruption, advance transparency, and foster honest and responsible public service. It is also crucial to expand programs in favor of the poor, the jobless, and the marginalized of society so that no Filipino will be left behind. I hope that with your vision, the Philippines can be more economically developed, have peace and order, and be united as one with all c...

Eat Well and Live Healthy

Nutrition Month is commemorated annually in July in the Philippines to advance the value of good health and good nutrition. It reminds everyone of eating right so that the body would receive the right vitamins and minerals. The National Nutrition Council spearheads this occasion with a theme that it develops annually to address specific health concerns. Proper nutrition is what builds a body strong and disease-free. Having vegetables, fruits, fish, and other good foods maintains the body as a whole and ready to face daily activities. Proper hydration and not taking too many junk foods or sweetened beverages also contribute to being healthy. Schools also conduct activities during Nutrition Month, which include cooking competitions, poster-making competitions, and seminars. These activities educate students about how to make balanced meals and appreciate the importance of eating properly. Even at home, families can also observe good nutrition by preparing healthy meals and sharing m...

WHO I AM

I would describe myself as a quiet and simple person. I don't talk a lot, but I always listen and observe things around me. I like to understand people before I say something. I enjoy being with friends and family, but I also like having time alone to think and relax. I am kind, calm, and always try to do the right thing. I take my responsibilities seriously. Whether it's at school or at home, I always try my best. I don't like giving up and I feel happy when I finish something properly. I believe that actions are more important than words so I show who I am through what I do. People who know me well see that I care a lot and that I am always willing to help. I also try to improve myself everyday. I know I'm not perfect and sometimes make mistakes, but I learn from them. I want to grow and become a better person. I want to be more confident, more helpful, and more understanding. Even when life gets hard, I stay strong and true to myself. That is what describes me.
